Milvas asset management company was founded in 2018. We are an independent company established and financed by four partners.

Our primary focus is active management of investments in liquid tradeable securities.

The Milvas team is led by professionals from various fields, overseeing two investment funds. Our clients are informed and institutional investors seeking well-diversified, actively managed investment solutions.

As a company regulated and licensed by the Bank of Lithuania, we prioritise transparency and accountability.

Igorius Pancerevas

CEO and Chairman of the Board

Igorius has over 20 years of work and leadership experience in the banking and finance sectors. He has been involved in the establishment of the secondary market for government securities in Lithuania.

Igorius has a long-standing background in State Treasury management. In 2005 he founded and up until 2019 led a private banking division.

Igorius is knowledgeable in business development, corporate financial analysis, asset and wealth management, as well as strategic and tactical allocation of investments. Igorius is a licensed financial advisor.

Tautvydas Marčiulaitis

Fund manager and member of the Board

Tautvydas has been working in the field of private banking, asset and wealth management for almost a decade.

With extensive experience in investment management, he specialises in trading simple and complex financial products. Conducts macroeconomic and behavioural market analyses, has experience in financial law and compliance. Tautvydas is a licensed financial advisor.

Tomas Padroštis

Investor relationship manager and Partner

Tomas has more than 20 years of experience in the banking sector, with 15 of those years specifically in private banking.

He analyses corporate finances, performs investment screening and monitoring. He has exceptional knowledge in tactical and strategic investment allocation. Tomas excels in offering solutions tailored to high-net-worth individuals (HNWI). Tomas is a licensed financial advisor.

Vladas Valutis

Junior fund manager

Vladas has over 5 years of experience in the banking sector, specifically in the field of corporate banking.

He holds a banking and finance education and is a licensed financial advisor.

Dr. Petras Šlekys

Independent member of the Board

Dr. Petras has extensive experience in investment management and financial services industry.

He is one of the first licensed financial brokers/advisors in Lithuania. He was the founder of one of the oldest financial brokerage firms in the country, "Alterna Invest." Petras is a licensed financial advisor.
