Baltic Corporate Bond Fund activities and risks

Taking into account the increase in geopolitical suspense, also European Union's and its allies' decision to implement new sanctioncs against Russian Federation, Belarus and (or) associated subjects, due to the Russian war agains independent Ukraine, we would like to inform our investors about the changes in risks and activities of Baltic Corporate Bond Fund.

Since the inception of Baltic Corporate Bond Fund (hereinafter - Fund) any cooperation with unstable geopolitical regions (such as Russia and Belarus) and their subjects was avoided. Thus Fund has no direct investments in these countries, most of the portfolio companies also have either very minimal or no exposure at all to Russia, Belarus or even Ukraine. Most of the issuers, in bonds of which Fund has investments, work in Baltics, CEU or Scandinavia. These regions are not directly affected by war.

In addition, 30% of Fund's investments are related to real estate, while other 30% to financial institutions, operating accros Europe. Neither of these two sectors face any direct impact from Russian war against independent Ukraine. Indirect impact, given the regions in which Fund's investments are active, should also be insignificant.

Therefore fundamental risks of Fund's portfolio remain unchanged. Over the short term, volatility of unit value may increase, there is a high probability that Fund's unit value may decrease over the following months, due to increase in uncertainty globally. However, this risk is only meaningful in the short run.
